Culbertson Mansion
New Albany, Indiana

Investigation Date: 01/07/2017

William S. Culbertson, the wealthiest man in Indiana at the time, built the mansion in 1867 sparing no expense. The Culbertson family sold the mansion in 1899. It had a few additional occupants until the State of Indiana took ownership of the house in 1976 and began the desperately needed renovations that continue today. We were invited by New Albany/Floyd County Paranormal to investigate this beautifully restored mansion and were truly grateful for the opportunity to spend the evening there.

Claims: Doors shutting on their own, sounds of footsteps, disembodied voices & an apparition of a lady

We had some very interesting REM Pod interactions on the third floor, but neither experienced nor recorded any other paranormal activity.
